After more than 10 years on the beauty industry working as a Makeup Artist, I’ve decided to change my life and career path towards the fitness and health industry. I felt an urge to share my fitness and health journey to inspire more women to feel confident in their bodies and live a healthier lifestyle.
I’ve always been a very active and fit person, however my journey was not a smooth ride and I did a lot of mistakes trying to achieve my dream body. Some of those led me to develop body dysmorphia and an eating disorder when I was 13 up until my early thirties. For many years I’ve suffered in silence, I am blessed with two beautiful girls but both pregnancies were tough and I ended up gaining 20 kg on each. I was feeling miserable and couldn’t look at myself in the mirror.
I’ve started working hard to loose the extra weight fast but I ended up trapped in the diet culture cycle, bad relationship with food and excessive cardio sessions, which yes I lost the weight, but I also lost my period, had no shape and I was unhealthy and sick mentally. THIS IS NOT THE WAY!
I FINALLY FOUND THE BALANCED WAY, I eat everything, I love my body, I feel strong and happy, and I want you to feel it too!

I have a minimum commitment period of 4 months, but you can stay as long as you would like to!
Yes, if you are a woman above 18 yo! I work with women of all ages, backgrounds and goals. Whether you want to tone up, lose weight, build muscle or just learn how to live a healthier lifestyle I will design a program specifically for you and your goals.
It depends on your experience, goals and how much time you have available. It’s very possible to fit your workouts around a busy lifestyle, like myself. When you join you’ll complete a questionnaire where you can let me know how many workouts you think you can fit in per week, and I will design the most effective workout split around that. However, I usually recommend between 3-5 workouts per week for the best results.
Definitely, your workout program will be designed personally for you therefore you can workout wherever you want to. I just recommend getting some resistance bands for home workouts and if you have any other equipment like dumbbells, I can incorporate this into your plan too!
Your nutrition plan will be updated with new options every 4 weeks, in line with your preferences but if you do happen to get something you don’t like you can just let me know and I can swap it.
I will always try to include meals that you like. When you join you will complete a questionnaire so that you can tell me all your likes, dislikes and favourite meals!
